Bidder.no is an online tendering service that gives consumers (hereafter referred to as "the user") the opportunity to get in touch with companies and obtain offers for published inquiries.

The user is also responsible for providing an accurate description of the tender and ensuring that it concerns a real assignment.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the content published on our service does not contravene our terms or applicable legislation.

Bidder.no assumes no responsibility for violations of terms or applicable legislation.

  1. By registering content on our service, you hereby agree to accept the current terms of our service.
  2. The user who posts a tender for our service is himself responsible for providing correct contact information.
  3. When the user places a tender on our service, it will be available until the user ends the tender or the assignment is completed.
  4. If a tender request is deemed invalid according to our terms of use, we reserve the right to change or remove the content of the tender without prior notice.

This includes content such as:

  1. Contrary to our terms or Norwegian law.
  2. Contains material to which the user does not have rights.
  3. May damage our reputation.
  1. Bidder.no is a service that connects consumers who post tenders with businesses that gain access to these tenders through publication on our website.

Bidder.no is not a party to the agreement between the consumer who posts the tender and the company that undertakes the assignment.

We also do not take responsibility for incidents that may occur before, during or after the work between the tenderer and the company.

  1. Tenders published on our service cannot be considered as binding agreements.

We do not assume any responsibility regarding the conclusion of a contract between the tenderer and the company.

Businesses may provide responses to reviews, and we are not responsible for any responses that businesses or consumers post.

We also do not allow the publication of anonymous evaluations.

  1. We have the option to change or remove content on our service to prevent violations of Norwegian law and good business practice.
  2. When you register a tender on our service, it may take some time before the tender becomes available on our tender list, as we manually review the tender to verify that it is a real assignment.

We cannot be held responsible for changes or removal of content. If actions are suspected of violating our terms, we reserve the right to ban the user from posting content on our service.
